Founded with full power in 2015 by Mônica Zionede Hall, FELIZ Consulting is a leading boutique training and coaching company based in Hong Kong providing bespoke, fun, interactive and valuable corporate training, coaching, facilitation and consultancy services across the Asia-Pacific region.
FELIZ Consulting has gained a quick and unique reputation in Hong Kong and in the region, especially in the legal and financial industries. Mônica is the CEO and Founder of FELIZ Consulting, which provides bespoke training, facilitation and coaching, particularly to the legal and financial industries. She is an experienced Corporate Trainer and Coach with over 20 years’ experience in the learning & development space.
Originally from Brazil, Mônica carries with her a passion for life and connection with people. She has lived in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore and has called Hong Kong home (again) since 2013. She holds a BA with First Class Honors in International Relations and Politics from The University of Hong Kong. She is also a certified coach with Coach Masters Academy (CMA) and an accredited consultant with a number of psychometric tools such as TMP, QO2, DiSC, Mindfulness Fundamentals, GENOS Emotional Intelligence and a Master Facilitator with Team Psychological Safety (TPS) helping clients with inclusion, purpose and performance fulfillment.
