Veronica Llorca-Smith

Veronica is an experienced trainer and in 2024 has joined FELIZ Consulting as an associate facilitator and consultant. Her key expertise topics are in the areas of DEI, growth mindset, motivation and how sports can play a big role in several areas of leadership, culture and work inclusion.

Veronica is a motivational speaker, corporate trainer and award-winning author. She has over 20 years of experience leading and developing large multicultural teams in APAC for world brands (Apple and Estée Lauder).

As a passionate DEI advocate, she specializes in Inclusive Leadership, Cultural Agility, and Inclusive Language. Veronica enjoys working with clients on a deeper level, seeing change from beginning to end - and comes bringing this to FELIZ Consulting clients.

Having lived in 9 countries ranging from Brazil to France, Australia, and China, she has a deep understanding of how to leverage cultural agility to build and develop inclusive, high-performing teams. She uses her passion and knowledge of languages to advocate for inclusive language as a catalyst for equity in organizations and society. She was a finalist for the Diversity Lead of the Year 2023 Award by Women in IT Asia.

Veronica is a firm advocate of nurturing a growth mindset and well-being to achieve results, both personally and professionally, and unlock people’s potential. She uses her experience as a triathlete and Ironman and her journey as a writer to motivate her audience through inspiring storytelling that instigates action and change.

At a personal level, Veronica is a mom of two young daughters and a furry friend. She loves combining traveling with sports and has visited over 50 countries.
