Another successful cohort has come to a close, and we’re celebrating the newest graduates of the Team Psychological Safety (TPS) International Certification Program!
Across three dynamic sessions, leaders, HR professionals, coaches, consultants, and facilitators came together to move beyond theory and learn how to build teams where people can question, contribute, challenge, and collaborate without fear.
Throughout Cohort 5, participants learned how to measure Team Psychological Safety using the TPS framework, interpret TPS reports, and design meaningful interventions that strengthen trust, communication, and team effectiveness.
