Mônica is the Founder and CEO of FELIZ Consulting (since 2015), which provides bespoke training, facilitation and coaching, particularly to the legal and financial industries. She is an experienced Corporate Trainer and Coach with over 20 years’ experience in the learning & development space.
Originally from Brazil, Mônica carries with her a passion for life and connection with people. She has lived in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore and has called Hong Kong home (again) since 2013. She holds a BA with First Class Honors in International Relations and Politics from The University of Hong Kong. She is also a certified coach with Coach Masters Academy (CMA) and an accredited consultant with a number of psychometric tools such as TMP, QO2, DiSC, Mindfulness Fundamentals, GENOS Emotional Intelligence and a Master Facilitator with Team Psychological Safety (TPS) (first one in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan) helping clients with inclusion, purpose and high performance fulfillment.
