Venus brings over 20 years of extensive global and cross-cultural management experience, having lived and worked in diverse locations such as Hong Kong, Malaysia, New York, and China (for 7+ years). This rich, international background has profoundly shaped her perspective and enabled her to embrace diverse cultures and viewpoints in her professional life.

Leveraging her vast corporate experience, Venus transitioned into a role as a professional coach and learning facilitator. She becomes highly adept at engaging clients through career coaching and corporate training programs.

At her core, Venus is passionate about facilitating personal growth and empowering people to reach their full potential. She firmly believes that inspiration, empowerment, and a sense of being valued are the keys to unlocking one's true capabilities. In her coaching approach, Venus supports clients through transitions, helping them excel in their roles and become high-performing assets within their organizations.

Venus holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and is an Accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, she is certified in several professional assessment tools, including DiSC® and DISC® Flow, as well as Points of You.
